Cornerstone Managed Properties (CMP) has an established record of successfully serving multifamily property owners, tenants, financial institutions and communities. Formed in 2005 and based in Westlake, Ohio, CMP specializes in multifamily acquisition, rehabilitation, occupancy and resale.
CMP’s portfolio includes approximately 5,000 multifamily units, predominantly in Ohio and its surrounding states.
Utilizing a highly adaptable business model, CMP is opportunistic in its acquisitions while fulfilling its objective to optimally create and preserve value. Its philosophy is to rehabilitate multifamily housing and to make the property more attractive to the current tenant base –resulting in stable, long-term occupancy.
